About The Position

The Adolphus, an iconic Dallas hospitality address for over a century, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for its Rodeo Bar. This role is for a culinary enthusiast who understands the impact of great food on guest experiences and is driven to set high standards. The ideal candidate is meticulous, consistent, detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn and teach. This individual will be comfortable leading and training others, and will support the chefs with kitchen operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and receiving.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Prior experience in Kitchen management highly preferred
  • Prior team leadership highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the opening and closing of the Kitchen
  • Oversee Kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
  • Monitor food quality, safety and inventory needs
