About The Position

The Kitchen Supervisor will support hiring, training, and scheduling of kitchen associates, helping to build a skilled and motivated team. This role will oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and cost control standards are met. The supervisor will also assist with inventory and ordering, balancing supply needs with budget goals, monitor kitchen operations, coach team members, and uphold cleanliness and safety protocols. Collaboration on menu creation and ensuring compliance with food safety and health codes are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of culinary experience and prior leadership exposure
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
