East Bank Club, a renowned fitness, sports, and dining facility in the heart of Chicago, is seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will work closely with the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the smooth operation of our culinary department. You will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality food, as well as providing guidance and support to the culinary team. This is considered a Lead Cook position.
