About The Position

Eurest is hiring a full-time Kitchen Supervisor at Mars Pet Care in Columbus, Ohio. The supervisor oversees hourly associates to ensure their work practices comply with company policies and procedures. The role also involves supporting kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory, cost control, staff training, food safety, and maintaining efficient service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.; weekends are off. The pay range is $24.00 to $26.00 per hour.

Requirements

Grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, and supervisory experience required.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Assist with ordering products and maintaining inventory.
Maintain product and labor costs according to budget.
Supervise and train hourly staff to ensure policies and procedures are implemented.
Maintain consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
Follow sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
