About The Position

Lead the kitchen during your shift, ensuring food quality, safety, and smooth execution while supporting and holding the team accountable.

Requirements

  • 2+ years kitchen supervisor experience in a fast-paced environment or 4+ years experience in restaurant kitchen with some supervisory experience
  • Food Safety Certificate required
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, preparation, and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Run smooth, organized shifts with strong food quality and fast ticket times
  • Maintain top food safety standards (AHS compliance, logs, P1 checks always complete)
  • Keep kitchen clean, audit-ready, and free of critical violations
  • Control food waste, portioning, and follow proper prep, labeling, and FIFO
  • Support and coach team members; ensure accountability and performance
  • Handle issues quickly (quality, safety, equipment) and communicate with management
  • Ensure all checklists, logs, and shift duties are completed accurately
