About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment, while supporting the culinary team in a fast-paced environment. Join our team and help keep our kitchen running smoothly through cleanliness, organization, and teamwork! As a Kitchen Steward, you're the hero behind the sparkle! You'll keep our china, glass, and silver shining, make sanitation a top priority, and team up with the kitchen crew to keep every corner spotless. From scrubbing equipment to organizing utensils and ensuring food is stored and rotated just right, you're the guardian of cleanliness and order in our kitchen kingdom.

Requirements

Ability to convey information and ideas clearly

Ability to perform effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations
Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash
Replace all clean china, glass, and silver in their proper storage spots
Connect with guests and teammates, and jump into any task with a can-do, flexible attitude
Show off your good character, make smart choices, and let your trustworthiness shine as you represent our team
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
