About The Position

The Kitchen Steward keeps our hotel kitchen and service areas clean, stocked, and running smoothly. This role supports dish, sanitation, comp service setup, and restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable moving throughout the hotel (floors/landings)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots/pans
• Maintain dish station cleanliness and readiness (chemicals, racks, trash, floors)
• Collect used plates from hotel floor landings and return them to dish
• Support the restaurant team as needed (stocking, resetting, cleaning support)
• Set up, replenish, and break down comp service
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as assigned (organization, simple prep work)
