The primary purpose of this role is to ensure a high standard of sanitation, maintenance, and efficiency in the dishroom and other kitchen areas. This position also provides support in the central storeroom and may assist with catering deliveries. The incumbent reports directly to the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef and provides assistance to kitchen supervisors as requested. Shifts are subject to change based on business demands and will include early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends. The incumbent is accountable to the Consumer Services Team Charter and is aligned with its purpose, vision, and values.
