Whether you’re brewing the morning coffee, preparing fresh sandwiches and meals or helping someone find their favorite snack, your work will make our store a place people look forward to visiting.
Requirements
- A friendly, helpful attitude and genuine care for customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic food preparation skills (training provided if needed).
- Reliability and punctuality — your team and customers count on you.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety and cleanliness standards.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service experience helpful; we will train.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Ability to stand, walk, stock, and perform routine cleaning duties.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with purchases.
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions with care.
- Prepare and package food items such as breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bowls, and baked goods.
- Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are fresh and appealing.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with light cleaning duties in the store to maintain a welcoming environment.
