About The Position

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Kitchen Server to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Kitchen Server, you are responsible for quickly responding to changing needs within the dining room and expediting food from the kitchen to our guests by receiving food ticket orders, sorting them in kitchen stations, and notifying servers when dishes are complete. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
Deep knowledge of food, ingredients, plating, and allergens
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and a team-first attitude
Available nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with urgency, accuracy, and grace
Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating to explain dishes when needed and ensure accuracy of every delivery
Communicate clearly and efficiently between the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
Confirm proper seat numbers and courses for each dish to uphold exacting service standards
Uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization in the Expo and service stations
Support reset, clearing, and mise en place as needed to ensure seamless transitions
Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings to stay informed on menu changes and chef notes
