As a Kitchen Prep Plater, you’ll gain hands-on experience in food presentation, quality control, food safety, and kitchen operations. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- A passion for serving people
Nice To Haves
- Food preparation or kitchen experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure all items are plated, packaged, and presented according to Joseph's quality and appearance standards
- Maintain freshness by rotating products and monitoring quality
- Package, label, and stock prepared foods for retail cases
- Follow sanitation and food safety protocols at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, scales, and wrapping machines
- Assist with general kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed
