About The Position

Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is looking for energetic and reliable Kitchen Crew Members to join their fast-paced, high-energy culinary team. These roles are perfect for team members who don't mind an early start and love being part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes the show possible. The positions are available for both Full-Time & Part-Time and are ideal for individuals who like staying busy, working with a great team, and helping set the stage for an unforgettable guest experience.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Willingness to work early morning shifts (as early as 4:00 AM).
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
Physical stamina to stand for the duration of your shift.
A positive attitude and strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

Open the Kitchen: Set up, clean, and organize workstations at the start of the day and help prepare the kitchen for a smooth and successful service.
Prep & Prepare Food: Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Keep Things Safe & Stocked: Take cooler and food temperatures as required, receive, organize, and properly store incoming orders, and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) food storage practices.
Keep It Clean & Shipshape: Sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and general workspaces throughout the shift.
