About The Position

DashMart Kitchens (DMK) is a dedicated culinary team operating within a shared DashMart facility. While we work inside a DashMart building, we are a specialized team focused on preparing high-quality meals for customers ordering through the DoorDash app. We work side-by-side with our DashMart partners to deliver a seamless customer experience — supporting both kitchen execution and shared facility standards. We operate as one team within four walls, collaborating to ensure operational excellence, food quality, and a clean, organized environment. As a Kitchen Operations Associate, you are responsible for preparing meals to standard, maintaining kitchen and warehouse organization, and supporting order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.

Requirements

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Experience in food service (fast food and quick-service restaurants), grocery, or beverage operations, or a willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation)
• High school diploma or GED
• Willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification upon hire

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items according to brand and food safety standards
• Ensure every meal meets quality, accuracy, and presentation standards before handoff
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and dress code compliance guidelines
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage areas
• Follow cleanliness and sanitation standards across shared workspaces
• Support inventory organization and proper product rotation (FIFO)
• Collaborate with DashMart Operations Associates to maintain a cohesive and efficient site
• Assist with light operational tasks as needed to support overall facility success
• Uphold a “One Team” mindset to create a positive experience for all team members and customers
