About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking experienced Kitchen Managers to join their team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high standards, and managing the kitchen efficiently. This role combines culinary expertise with strong management skills in a fun, high-volume entertainment environment that includes bowling, arcade games, and parties.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years of Kitchen Management Experience
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • Current ServSafe certification is required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified is preferred
  • Experience prepping catered events or presenting food for other special events is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs.
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations.
  • Review monthly profit & loss statements and make necessary adjustments.
  • Plan, supervise, and execute food and beverage preparation and service for all events, including cleanup.
  • Assist with cooking when needed.
  • Estimate food consumption and make appropriate purchases from specified food programs.
  • Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate business volume fluctuations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff.
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Supervise and oversee food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage.
  • Facilitate and manage kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • Implement and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations.
