About The Position

We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations for our family-owned seafood restaurant group based in Scottsdale, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a passion for seafood, a creative culinary vision, and a track record of successful menu development. As an integral member of our team, the Kitchen Manager will oversee culinary staff, manage food costs, and drive innovation in the kitchen. Requirements

  • At least 3 years in an Kitchen Manager or similar executive-level role
  • Experience with grand openings
  • Expert knowledge of the restaurant and/or concept (seafood expert)
  • Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices
  • Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state and local food handling regulations
  • Comfortable training, directing and supervising kitchen staff
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organization

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
