About The Position

This is a hands-on role for a Kitchen Manager who will lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff. The position involves running daily Back of House (BOH) operations, maintaining high food quality standards, and collaborating with Front of House (FOH) leadership and Event Planners to execute events and service. Responsibilities include inventory management, waste control, food cost management, scheduling, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, and actively participating in food preparation and expediting. The role also involves opening and closing the kitchen, creating weekly menu features, assisting with special event menus, and resolving guest issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience
  • 2+ years of BOH leadership (Sous Chef, Lead Line, or Kitchen Manager)
  • ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days
  • Strong communicator, calm under pressure, team-first mindset
  • Solid understanding of inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
