Requirements

  • Passion for food, hospitality, and team leadership
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily kitchen operations with a hands-on approach
  • Train, coach, and develop BOH team members
  • Maintain standards for food quality, consistency, speed, and presentation
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are always met
  • Manage prep, inventory, ordering, and food cost
  • Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
