About The Position

This role involves supervising and leading kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation, adherence to food safety and quality standards, and efficient food service. The Kitchen Manager will oversee all aspects of the kitchen, from food preparation and inventory management to staff training and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
