As a Kitchen Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for creating legendary experiences for guests and team members by managing the Heart-of-House (HOH). This role involves overseeing the execution and performance of the HOH operations and providing direction and supervision to all HOH team members. Requirements
- General knowledge of labor laws
- General knowledge of health codes
- General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
- General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
- General knowledge of computer operations
- Passion for training and developing your team
Nice To Haves
- 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
