About The Position

Grimaldi’s is hiring a Kitchen Manager. In the world of pizza, Grimaldi’s is an institution that has garnered more awards than any other pizzeria in the country. Using only the freshest ingredients, "secret recipe" sauce, homemade mozzarella cheese and dough, Grimaldi's serves traditional coal-fired brick oven pizzas, calzones, house made salads and desserts in an upscale yet casual, family-oriented pizzeria. Our Kitchen Managers are responsible for leading our kitchen teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. Daily activities will focus on motivating our teams, controlling costs and maintaining our high product standards. Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Manager.
Knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards of customer and personnel.
Knowledge of management involved in planning, resource allocation, staffing technique, production method and coordination of people and resources.
Humility, passion, ingenuity, and top-tier work ethic as a team-player.
