• 1 plus years of restaurant management experience
• Friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader
• Enjoys engaging with customers, employees, vendors and helping make a difference in someone’s day

Responsibilities

• Recording & calculating daily waste
• Adjusting build-to information
• Ordering supplies
• Counting & calculating inventory weekly
• Ensuring compliance with health & sanitation requirements
• Preparing & direction team members
