About The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Manager for a Convenience Store Quick Service Restaurant. Buffalo Services Inc. dba B-Kwik Food Marts, founded in 1965, owns and operates 11 Chevron/Shell/Texaco branded convenience stores that focus on excellent customer service, hot fresh food, and clean restrooms.

Requirements

• Must have experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
• Experience with inventory management and ordering.
• Staff hiring and management experience.
• Ability to work efficiently with General Manager.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a convenience store quick service restaurant setting.
