About The Position
10 Barrel PDX is a mainly from scratch kitchen bringing American pub food and craft beer to the wonderful people of this city. In a high-volume restaurant you will need the ability to think quickly on your feet to deliver wonderful food and lead our team to success daily. You will be working closely with the Chef to maintain a cohesive work culture where individuals thrive to create a functional team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they bring to the restaurant world here in Portland, Specifically Brew Pub food and culture. Requirements
- Must have previous kitchen managerial experience of two years or more
- Valid food handler card
- Must have work experience in high volume, from scratch kitchens
- Must have the Ability to lead and coach a team through motivation and understanding
- Must be driven and professional with a passion for the culinary industry
- Must have Proficient knife and recipe reading skills
