About The Position
MOZZ Sourdough Pizza is looking for kitchen manager legends to join their Back of House crew. This role is for individuals with a passion for food, who thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to be part of a fun, tight-knit team.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of kitchen management experience with a proven track record.
- Solid to expert cooking knowledge.
- Solid food safety awareness.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team to craft artisan pizzas and prep ingredients.
- Cooking signature pies with precision and speed.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborating with Front of House employees to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Managing a crew of 5-8 people, including training, coaching, writing prep lists, and placing orders.
