About The Position
Metro Diner is a well-established, full-service restaurant concept with growth opportunities for team members. As a Kitchen Manager (KM) at Metro Diner, you will manage the restaurant's back-of-house/kitchen teams, along with assistant manager roles and duties, working as a member of the restaurant management team. This is a Heart of House role.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience
Nice To Haves
- Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred
