This includes setting the standard for food quality, building and developing the kitchen team, managing ordering and inventory, controlling waste, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. The Kitchen Manager is the highest-ranking kitchen employee at the store and acts as the General Manager's right hand on all food-related matters.
