We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who is passionate about leading a culinary team and delivering exceptional food quality. You’ll oversee all back-of-house operations, manage inventory and costs, and ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and presentation. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong culinary knowledge and commitment to food safety and quality standards.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Ability to manage costs, inventory, and operations effectively.
  • A genuine passion for culinary arts and creating a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the kitchen team by example, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to produce exceptional food.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure efficient kitchen operations and profitability.
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers within the culinary field.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring the kitchen meets all compliance standards.
  • Monitor kitchen performance metrics and create action plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
