About The Position

Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar. Requirements

Experience in culinary functions, line work, and prep cooking.
Experience in recruiting, hiring, staff training, and scheduling.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor control.
Understanding of cleanliness and food safety standards.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with a marketing team for off-site events.

Responsibilities

Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, food, and kitchen labor control, all culinary functions having worked line, prep cooking, recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly.
Work with a marketing team for off-site events.
Assist with training and development of staff.
