About The Position
Kitchen Manager needed for School Food Service in the Palm Beach, FL area. This is a Monday through Friday, day shift position with 7.5 hours daily. Enjoy summers off and no weekends or holidays. K-12 experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team setting.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing kitchen operations.
- Following recipes according to the guidelines of the NSLP.
- Food preparation, cooking.
- Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Enforce that the use of personal protective equipment is in use at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Oversee kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
