About The Position

The Kitchen Manager oversees the Assisted Living food service to include plan, prepare and oversee menu and food production in accordance with current federal, state and county standards, policies and procedures and regulations governing the Assisted Living facility. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years in institutional food service or long term care industry preferred or any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• ServSafe certified required or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
