The position of Kitchen Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily back-of-house operations, including: Supervising and overseeing food preparation and production Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all back-of-house items Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food-handling procedures Managing inventory and food costs, tracking waste, and controlling labor costs Assisting with interviewing, hiring and training of back-of-house staff All other duties as assigned
