We are currently looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Requirements

One (1) or more years of recent and related cooking experience, preferably within a hospitality, restaurant or gaming environment.
High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
WHMIS food safe certificate (can be completed upon hire through Century Casinos).
Journeyman cook certificate or equivalent, when required.
Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
Ability to commute with reliable transportation to our property.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food that is visually appealing and delicious, while ensuring meals are prepared promptly and consistently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
Be a problem solver by using your critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges.
Foster authentic team connections by building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and providing excellent service to our guests.
Take initiative with other duties as assigned to support the kitchen and restaurant operations
