About The Position

We're hiring a reliable Kitchen Key Holder to help manage our busy kitchen operations. This is an hourly position where you'll step up and lead the kitchen team during your shifts, acting as the go-to person when management isn't around. You will be responsible for opening and closing the kitchen safely, training new team members, ensuring food quality standards, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and handling basic administrative tasks like scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years kitchen experience (restaurant, catering, or food service)
• Leadership skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Physical stamina for fast-paced kitchen work
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team during your shifts
