Requirements

Experience with kitchen installation, cabinetry, or remodeling
Skilled using power tools and saws
Ability to read layout prints and accurately read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and manage job-site workflow
Valid driver’s license
Will be subject to background check and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

Install kitchen cabinet refacing systems, including laminate surfaces, doors, and drawers
Review project plans and layout prints before each job
Ensure all materials are accounted for and ready prior to installation
Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site to ensure high-quality results
Complete job-related paperwork accurately
