Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be authorized to lawfully work in the US.
• Must have two updated valid forms of ID.
• Must wear slip-resistant shoes at work.
• A background check and drug test will be conducted.
• Must have own transportation to get to and from work.
• Must be able to start working as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and cooks with various kitchen tasks, including food preparation, cutting fruits and vegetables, preparing small dishes, food plating, and setting up airline catering trays.
• Read, understand, and follow menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen areas.
• Adhere to hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times.
