About The Position

Les Peters Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and counseling while in the program. A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.

Requirements

• Must be able to maintain the entire dining and preparation facility in a constant state of sanitary acceptance.
• Must ensure that all areas are maintained in a sanitary condition that meets or exceeds the requirements set forth by Federal, State, local regulations.
• Must be responsible for cleaning and maintaining small wares and food preparation equipment.
• Must report any problems with equipment and/or necessary repairs or cleanliness issues to the supervisor.
• Must ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all students, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the entire dining and preparation facility in a constant state of sanitary acceptance. This includes but is not limited to the kitchen, dining room, all storage areas, outside areas, refuse areas, garbage cans and all loading docks.
