Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Eye for detail and great with time management
- Physical fitness to tackle this hands-on role
- Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Good understanding of Basic Food Handling procedures and allergens
- Ability to work as part of team and unsupervised
- Strong communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Safety mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a commercial kitchen highly valued
Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning of the kitchen, including dishes and floors
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with deliveries including pack away ensuring correct stock rotation processes are followed
- Adhere to health and safety procedures when caring out all tasks
- Assisting our Chefs with food preparation
- Cleaning dishes with a commercial dishwasher
