Requirements

  • Customer service and/or dispatch experience.
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to problem solve!
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to type 30 or more WPM
  • Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and coordinate client hood cleaning requests.
  • Follow-up calls on recently completed hood cleanings to make sure they are completed to the customer’s satisfaction. (CONSTANT CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER)
  • Handle escalations, return trips, and urgent requests. IE research the problem to determine what issues may be affecting the customer and coordinate resolution.
  • Manage service level expectations which include the technician’s arrival & departure times, job quoting and providing timely updates.
  • Review paperwork and photos for completed hood cleanings, ensure it aligns with company check list and requirements.
  • Work with Fire Officials, Building Departments and other authorities having jurisdiction.
  • Work with the Accounting Department on any vendor-related payment issues and ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner.
  • Ensure customers are accurately invoiced by their contracted agreement for the recent cleaning in a timely manner.
  • Soliciting and onboarding new vendors where needed, in your respective region.
  • Work cross functionally with other teams and departments.
