About The Position

The Kitchen Equipment Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of a wide range of industrial appliances. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of service. The Kitchen Equipment Manager will also be tasked with tracking maintenance schedules, budgeting for repairs, and implementing training programs for staff.

Requirements

• Must have 6-10 years of experience being a Kitchen Equipment Manager
• Valid State Driver's License
• Meet requirements for: pre-employment physical, drug screening, background check, and MVR check (MVR points are subject to company policy)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of appliance maintenance technicians.
• Track and implement maintenance schedules for various appliances.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of appliance performance.
• Manage budgets related to appliance maintenance and repairs.
• Provide training and support to technicians on best practices and new technologies.
• Oversee inventory management of tools and replacement parts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding appliance maintenance services.
• Prepare and maintain reports on service activities and performance metrics.
