About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Kitchen Employee to support daily food service operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed during meal service
• Properly store food items and supplies
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with procedures
