Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in a high volume, fast paced work environment
State issued Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift
Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards
Assist other employees as needed
Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty
Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures
Required to occasionally work special events scheduled within the venue
Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
Clean and maintain all trash bins, depositing garbage into dumpsters as needed
Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, trash, and other obstacles
Clean walk-in cooler, daily
Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, etc. (including the lifting of these up to 80 lbs.)
Comply with applicable Health Codes by ensuring that all eating/cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained, and stored properly
