Requirements

Strong computer and customer service skills (in-person, phone and email)
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Strong attention to detail
Excellent math skills
Must be proficient with 20/20 design program
Keep a positive attitude and be a team player
Obtain and maintain product knowledge on all products sold in the kitchen and bath department
Have an ability to read blue prints
Have the best interest of the company in mind at all times
Be innovative and provide suggestions for improvement in own department and observations of other departments
Willingness to follow any other tasks from the management or Schilling family
Must pass pre-employment drug screen
Proficient scoring on all candidate testing

Responsibilities

Check orders/designs for accuracy
Filing, faxing, copying, laminating, maintaining clean displays, answering phones, calling back phone messages, typing invoices, etc.
Greet all customers (with a smile) as they walk in and provide assistance
Clean the showroom on a regular basis
Obtain and maintain product knowledge on all products sold in the kitchen and bath department as well as our flooring products offered
Know all brands offered and how to price
Efficiently create designs and generate sales reports
Create perspective and elevation views
Process orders, special orders, estimates, and returns accurately and efficiently
