About The Position

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking motivated Kitchen Crew Members to support back-of-house operations and prepare high-quality food for customers. The role involves preparing and serving food at the cookline, maintaining food quality and portion control, following health and safety requirements, and keeping the restaurant clean. This is an hourly position paying $20.00 per hour and may be part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Food Handler Card required by the state or local health department.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with health codes and safety procedures.
• Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Follow the Kitchen Crew Training Guideline.
• Prepare food, stock inventory, and maintain food quality and portion control when cooking and serving food at the cookline.
• Prepare multiple food orders at the cookline and ensure they are served accurately and promptly.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning and sanitizing tasks to maintain store cleanliness.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
