About The Position

As a Kitchen Crew team member, you’ll help prepare the food guests love while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning valuable skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Available 15–40 hours per week
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience
• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
