Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Must be able to close at minimum 3 nights a week
- Ability to work at a quick, efficient, and high-energy pace — hustle and urgency are essential
- Outgoing, friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic personality with a passion for serving others
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude, highly coachable, and eager for career growth and leadership development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to adhere to Chick-fil-A grooming standards: No visible tattoos.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality food preparation and service using modern kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Support a team of 80+ members committed to personal and professional growth
- Contribute to a fast pace, high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and excellence
- Demonstrate a consistent sense of urgency, multitasking ability, and professionalism
- Grow into leadership roles including Team Lead, Shift Lead, and Director through performance and development
