The Overnight Kitchen Cleaner is responsible for deep cleaning kitchens at Turfway Park. Churchill Downs Incorporated is an inclusive and fun place to work. Requirements

Ability to obtain KY Racing License
Must be at least 21 years old

Responsibilities

Prepares ovens, sinks and other dirty restaurant equipment for cleaning
Uses ice, water and cleaning solvent in the cleaning of restaurant kitchen equipment
Empties trash in kitchens.
Washes and scrubs kitchen floors. Cleans food scraps from kitchen areas
Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
Asks supervisor or other employees for help when needed
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities.
Must meet company appearance standards.
Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Other duties as assigned by management
