Medley at Mirada, located in San Antonio, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Restaurant experience: Will train.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork are highly valued in this position.
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Handling hot equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Must be able to work weekends

Nice To Haves

• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
• Have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
• Ensure accurate deliveries, stocking and setting up kitchen stations.
• Assist in prepping food for all locations on the property
• Plate food in a consistent and presentable manner.
• Work together with the entire F&B staff to complete accurate orders in a timely manner.
• Follow all proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as required.
