About The Position
Responsible for overseeing activities of utility workers, assisting in eliminating operating difficulties. Oversees loading and unloading of dishwashers, cleaning the kitchen area, food storage preparation, and following health and safety regulations. This position performs functions of work outside the gaming space, with some performing all or a bulk of their work back of house. The goal is to assist in providing a superior gaming experience where guests can indulge themselves without apology.
