A FriendShip Retail Sales Associate plays an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest. This role is all about delivering great customer service, keeping the store clean, bright, and organized, and—where applicable—preparing fresh, ready-to-enjoy menu items with care. Sales Associates support daily store operations by engaging with customers, handling transactions accurately, stocking and merchandising products, and taking pride in a clean, inviting environment.
