About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals, cleaning kitchen equipment, washing dishes, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas. The role involves working in a standard kitchen environment with potential for minor discomforts from heat or cold. Duties typically require frequent walking, standing, kneeling, or squatting, with intermittent periods of sitting.

Requirements

• No formal education or experience required AND One year experience working in a kitchen OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing and serving meals, beverages, and snacks.
• Cleans dining area; washes kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Empties trash cans.
• Sweeps and mops dining area.
